HR applications and platforms have very different functionalities, but Yo! has one particularity that makes it stand out from the rest: It is incredibly easy to use.
This makes it easier for it to be successfully adopted by the company’s employees and fewer mistakes are made, both by employees and HR managers.
Idea
Easy for you, easy for your team
After analyzing the competition, it was clear. In a world where everyone strives to communicate efficiency, order and disciplined management, we would show the more human reality: that people are lazy, distracted, that they make mistakes, and yet they get their HR tasks done correctly because of Yo!.
For the launch campaign, we created 13 videos: one main video and 12 shorter ones aimed at communicating the different features of Yo! on social media platforms.
The videos are full of humor and very real insights that reinforce the humanity of the brand, its closeness to the reality of the blinds that use the platform and its ease of use.
